WOMEN’S CIRCLE
Whether you are seeking friendship, healing, or personal growth- our circle is a place where all voices are heard and hearts are nourished. Tap into the collective embrace of the magic of sisterhood.
This months theme: A letter to the self.
For our April circle we will be writing letters to our present selves. This exercise requires reflection on past versions ourselves, as well as envisioning who we are becoming. The physical act of writing a letter is designed to help cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation of how our experience has shaped our current character perfectly. After we complete our letters there will be an opportunity to connect to ourselves even deeper, by reading our letters into a mirror.
If you would like to attend this months circle an early RSVP is recommended. Space is limited and the circle fills up quickly.
An energy exchange in the form of a donation is deeply appreciated.
Suggested donation $10.
The last 30 min of circle will be available for open discussion and light refreshments will be offered.

Topic: The Mother Wound & The Distorted Feminine
This month we will gather to discuss how the Mother Wound influences our internal dialog, behaviors, physical/mental health and what it means for our succeeding generations. The distortion of the feminine energy has an immense impact on how and why we develop unhealthy coping mechanisms that keep us stuck in survival cycles.
The distorted feminine can instill feelings of shame, self doubt, envy and guilt. This wound can manifest in self-sabotaging behaviors, such as emotional care-taking and having a high tolerance for poor treatment.
This wound can manifest in conditions such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders and addictions.
The distorted feminine energy is often a result of a mother wound that has been passed down through many generations.
